Methodology;
- Career fair
- Such as Graduan Career Fair and many more
- Why? ada walk-in interview sessions, so you can try one and cut short your road map to your dream job instead of do the search on your own through internet
- Go to the career fair as you go for an interview. Be prepared.
- Online
- jobstreet, graduan.com.my, seek.com, monster.com, jobsdb.com, and many more………….put your result
- Chances, the more you applied for, the better chances you are going to have depends on;
- Current economic performance
- Your specialized field
- Experience (here is the place where industrial training may come into the picture)
- 100 applications, 50 may be considered and then you can expect less than that will respond to you
- Through your appropriate network (friends, family, seniors, alumni)
- Bukan pilih kasih bai! kroni pun bukan! COZ there are companies which are searching for new talents through their workers’ colleagues, families, friends and so on so forth. Thus, it is absolutely a no no….. in newspaper, online or whatsoever that pop up in your head at the moment

Adalah satu mamat ni punyer cerita..
Balik time2 cenggini. Forget that Big recruitment in Malaysia usually take place in Jan and June every year. Tapi planning tetap ada. ASAP mesti mau kerja. So minggu pertama, apply semua kerja di semua peluang yg ada di internet. minggu kedua attend interview yg dapat dari minggu pertama and at the same time, hantar je resume ke semua company yang ada di Malaysia. Then buat tuition. Ada la income skit. Tak pun carilah apa kerja yg halal. Ini kalau mau la, kalau mau spend dengan family pun tak per. Measure it using your own specific standard. You know yourself and your condition better than anyone else but then it won’t stop you to ask for others advice. Alhamdulillah dapat kerja juga. Masa nak pilih kerja juga dilema. Lepas tu offer lain juga datang bergolek2 lepas dapat kerja. pergi interview lain juga jadi kurang bersungguh sebab dah secure job then blum start lagi. Nak buat comparison pun kena tahu juga la cam na nak compare. So in the end, using tracking decision method system, decide to stay and disregard others.
